What is the meaning of relationships? How many people are needed in one’s life to feel complete?

Is everything meant to be broken?
You trust and love someone, only to find out that, no matter what, it will end—sometimes in a neutral way, other times in a tragic way.
I do see beauty in loving someone, knowing that it will someday end.
I am not referencing romantic relationships, but all other relationships, such as family, friends, co-workers, etc.
Keep emotions in and try your best not to say the wrong things to offend people. Saying yes and agreeing with their thoughts and ideas because you are afraid of drama and negative emotions.
Trying your best to maintain and keep the relationship balanced and healthy just for one day, one hour, one paragraph, one disagreement to end it all, forever.
Is this the way relationships are supposed to be? Is this normal for humans?
It seems that we are equipped to gain and lose people. Something in us puts us back together and forces us to move on, but some people can’t.
The ones who do move on; did they really, or is a piece of their soul forever missing?
The ones that can’t move on are their souls forever forgotten?
How many times can a human lose trust before they can no longer trust anyone anymore?
We keep trying, even though we know how they might end.
Maybe that’s the most human thing of all — loving, despite the certainty of loss.
Find yourself, fall in love, and explore life.
